Jerome's Cookies! A balanced diet is a cookie in each hand!

Our first blog post is now a fact! :)

At Cremerie Jerome, you can recently find delicious, freshly baked Jeromecookies.

Jou Verschooten and Kathleen De Vlieger. The taste creators of Cremerie Jerome are so passionate about making treats that we can then offer them to our customers.

Here, a lot of experimenting takes place and all the flavors of these new creations are adjusted until the recipes are completely perfect and approved by the taste creators.

If something new has been made, there's a good chance that something will be available in the store for you as a customer to taste these new items.

We recently started baking our Jeromecookies! These flavors vary... but we'll get back to the flavors in a moment...

We prepare everything with a lot of passion, precisely because we love to provide everyone with treats and want to send everything out into the world, both in terms of our ice cream and our other delicacies that we offer.

The Jeromecookies are becoming a small added value for our business.

Precisely because they are so delicious and "hit the spot" with people, but also... because we want to attract younger people and thus the youth so that everyone from young to old can enjoy that which we truly put our heart into.

Now about the flavors!

It started with 1 cookie... Never made one before the takeover... The first cookie not so good... Then adjusted up to 3 times... And boom, the first Jeromecookie was made and approved!

This quickly expanded and in the meantime, we have up to 8! different homemade Jeromecookies, and more are coming!

Do you have ideas... or would you like to have a flavor made/created yourself... feel free to let us know... and who knows, we might be able to provide you with a personalized cookie flavor preference.

We work exclusively with quality Callebaut chocolate and butter of the best quality!

Our flavors that we currently offer... and this will still expand.

Speculoos-crumble = A delicious base cookie filled with white chocolate, a speculoos crumble, and a delightful Lotus speculaas paste.

Triple-chocolate = The name says it all... 3 types of chocolate! The best part is that it tastes like a brownie! Tip: warm it up slightly and you'll get a burst of flavor, especially with a delicious scoop of vanilla ice cream :)

Salted-caramel = A light brown cookie filled with white chocolate, and "homemade caramel sauce" bursting with flavor and topped with coarse sea salt.

Nutella-Bueno = A cookie that hits the spot, it couldn't be otherwise with delicious pieces of milk chocolate and filled with Nutella, topped with a Kinder Bueno!

Praline-Oreo-crumble = A real winner! filled with pieces of Oreo in combination with a praline filling and white chocolate pieces.

Red velvet-creamcheese = A red cookie that gets an extra 'coloring' and vanilla flavor enhancer. Hence the red velvet ;) Cocoa colored and filled with white chocolate pieces and a Creamcheese filling.

Almond Buttercream = This is a cookie filled with almond pieces, white chocolate, and a blissful 'homemade' buttercream filling.

The New York Cookie = The classic from... Of course, New York! Filled with dark chocolate pieces of 70° pure dark chocolate. A must-try for everyone!

P.S.: In the future, we want to make it possible for you as a customer to order the Jeromecookies online and have them delivered to your home by post! Nicely packaged per flavor of your choice or with an assortment of flavors!
